Finally thawed ground in NE!! First hunt of 2015 brings SILVER!

Finally took a ride down out to a local park and found it to be completely thawed so I figured this is it time to bust out the new At Pro, not too bad, a bit noisy at first but got it to quiet down a bit and find some goodies including a 12.5 gram silver pendant some clad and a Wheatie, also found a cool brass lipstick case, thought it was a bullet casing until I pulled it apart haha. One thing that was nice is the rain can't stop me anymore! Happy first dig of 2015!

Feels good to get out doesn't it. I just found some thawed spots to hunt about a week ago. Can't swing the loop enough. Had a real bad case of cabin fever this winter. Had a great first week with 14 pieces of silver including a seated dime and 7 Indians to boot. Good luck now that you can get out and HH.

Love that silver. Wish the ground was thawed where I'm at,would need a pick ax to dig right now.
