The ground is definitely thawed in most places. I went out three times this past weekend. Found a total of 50 coins, and two rings (one 10K gold and one .925 silver). I haven't taken any pictures yet... but it felt GREAT to get out again.

One spot I stopped at though.. well.. the ground was still frozen solid so I had to leave a few targets behind. I will get them when it really warms up.

Either way... It felt GREAT to get out again!

I have not found anything stellar, but am getting out and finding coins and cheap jewlery. The cellar holes and woods areas are still snow and ice bound, but should not be long.
