No you can not. The AT PRO has a different (waterproof) connector. Besides, you'll want to use the stock coil on the PRO because its a Double D which will get you a lot more depth and cut through the trash a lot better. It does take a little bit of learning how to pin point with the DD coil but its not any more difficult than learning to pinpoint on the 250's concentric coil.
