The site was a hotel in early-mid 1800s and it was gone by the 1870s. After that my best guess is that the land was farmed and it is currently an apple orchard.




I don't think it is super old but I am still curious as to what it is. The center of it feels like porcelain and it has letters on top but I can't read them. Any thoughts/help would be appreciated!
EDIT: the coin in the third photo is a modern penny just for scale.
