I asked a couple months back about cleaning, well, here it is after cleaning. Now I just want an ID

Is there any small minuscule chance that I have a continental army button?? The diameter is identical, I found it at a place where a Revolutionary War Solder lived. I see some detail on the button which does not show up well in photos and is corroded away. There is clearly a circle border on the button too.

Anyways, Could this be a Continental Army button or just another one of the 40 colonial buttons I found last year :)

I'm hoping I see a "chicken". Unclear..?
GL
Peace ✌

Not funny but I see a guy beating a drum wearing a colonial hat. I'm serious.

The shank certainly looks a lot like Gary's banner buttons. Good possibility there, nice find.

I see a kangaroo eating a banana :dontknow:

What would be even nicer is a button off of a ranger uniform.(Rogers Rangers)

If so that would be awesome, guess where I found it??? In NH!

What do you think??
