Finders Log Books

I thought White's published a logbook to record all your finds. I can not find it on their website.

Can anyone recommend a generic log book to record finds that may have spaces for coordinates and photos to add later?

I just downloaded an app called coinshooter. I have not used it yet, but I believe it does what you're asking for.
