Got on to a field today that had beet removed from it. On the way to the site took a picture of a flooded field. Highest rainfall for over a century, global warming ?. I've detected that field in the past, not this year !!!. Had two decent finds a nice Tudor clothes fastener and a hammered coin of Henry 111, 1247-72.

All that rain you had was the snow storms we had here the week before! Be glad it was rain it would be meters of snow!

Hi robfinds; My digging partner, Rob Benham, is in England right now on a yearly trip the guys from my Club take every year. I used to go by myself every year up to Doncaster. I loved it. I would move there if I could. Can you PM me the address for the Searcher Magazine. I'd appreciate it. Thanks. Keep the pics coming ok. PEACE:RONB
