The valve looks like an original style from a Model A, based on the tapered bottom:

But that could be wrong, depending on the size of these items, which I can’t tell for certain.

is that a toilet paper holder I see?

The valve toilet paper holder (lol) is 4 7/8" long. Related to Ford Model 'X' finds, I did find this Model T kerosene sidelamp lens in the same pit so it very well could be a Model A valve.

The chrome items looks like part of a deer whistle/alarm. You mounted it on your front fender to scar deer off the road.

this is what I thought was a toilet paper holder , not the engine valve or the lamp you've posted LOL

butcher paper rack, not toilet paper

seems mighty short for butcher paper . compare it to the valve.. all the butcher paper I buy is 24'' long. but I have seen dispensers in that fashion..

It's similar in shape to a guard but that's about all it is. the guards are bigger and not chromed . I think it's a car part of sorts.

One way to tell for sure if there is a groove where the blade would sit in .

I thought car part too when I first found the chrome piece. I took a couple more pictures. It's also just under 4" in length.

Couple of ideas I had about the chrome piece are a flag holder or a boat cleat, although I haven't seen any boat cleats with an opening in the piece like that.

The crome piece is one end of a handle mount.
There would be another just like it for the other side and the handle would pivot up and down between them.

lots of good guesses on the chrome piece.I explored the handle mount idea and believe it's one end of hardware to a grab bar from an early camper or boat. being pointed and chromed it was meant to be seen and look stylish . I found lots of hardware close but not an exact match.

I was thinking it could be an old hood ornament from an old car potentially something like these
