Finds on the lake path, possible fool's gold?

Well, I found some stuff. The piece in the upper left hand corner triggered the pointer. I can only assume it's a piece of lead. I was hoping it was gold. Question to all of you, does fool's gold trigger a detector?

I just tried a perfect 1 cm cube of iron pyrite (fools gold) no responce.
