Hey all,

I don't know why but old Nickels are a rarity for me. I returned to the area where I got the gold ring and silver dollar on Saturday to finish it and pick up any leftovers. Managed a buff and 4 wheats. Not awful. The buff is beat so no date unfortunately.

Keep finding the good stuff all!

Love those Buffalo Nickels, Congrats!!!

I’ve found 3 buffs and 2-3 V nickels in 2 yrs. I won’t dig them unless I’m digging it all or it just sounds food... even then like you said, rare

Nice job on the Buffalo.

Nice old coin shooting! :icon_thumleft:

Love them Buffs, that coin has so much character. I found one on the ground this past weekend (1935) it really nice shape but the ones I have dug here in Virginia are torched for the most part just like yours.

Congrats on the Buffalo.

everyone wants a home where the buffolo roam

Good job ... one I found today was 1967 and Been in ground long time

Nice!!! Congrats!!! Buffs are always worth seeing in the hole!!

I love the Buffalo nickels but I find 3 times as many V nickels and even fewer war nickels

Weird! I love buffalos too. I'd never found a V before this year but I've got 4 this year and only 3 buffs. Very strange. How have you been? Haven't heard much from you lately!
