First Class Ring ???

Anybody read Arabic or whatever it is ? The jeweler I go to was very interested in it. It was very crusty when I dug it up. She took some time to clean it. Also found a nice ( but smushed ) silver/ turquoise ladies ring that I was dropping off to have repaired and showed her this ring. She dipped it and buffed it. Its silver and gold plated. Appears to be very old and was found on a very old side of town.

I had found many rings like this ring here, but it's not silver and it sell here in summer on coast. There is the silver, it's from east. Thank you.
