A BIG CONGRATZ !!!!!!!!!!

The Spencer looks great , not any cracks in the case & look's like u almost got 2 complete cartridges . They can be a challenge to carry with you & out of a hunting space W/O breaking them . I know you carry a plastic case that helps .

Like the Type 3 Williams I commented on in your other post Spencers are a Common find for me & I have been lucky enough to find a few complete ones but many have fragile cracked cases that I need to clear coat of put a gloss of Tung oil over to keep them complete .

Nice Pistol Bullets as well .

Again God Bless

The type 3s aren't Gettysburg campaign. They're later war bullets & I have to go south to get them. The Spencer's aren't that common but are Gettysburg campaign. That is the first whole cartridge I've found. My buddy found a few complete one's at this spot. They came from John Bufords troops. The union cavalry caught up to Lee & went after him. They had spencer rifles. The carbine hadn't been issued yet.
