Heck, my first coin ever was an 1840 half-dime. Great digs, and big congrats. If you ever feel like loaning out your yard to drop me a line, I'll try to make it out there !!!
 
I wouldn't mind! my bounty hunter is a real pain, looking to upgrade, have only been hunting a few weeks. i could learn a thing or two.

Very good start, I havent found either of those coins yet, so give yourself some credit! Just keep with it!

Nice finds :icon_thumleft: those LC,s are on my favorite list , my first month detecting i found a 1828 largie . Good hunt Jim
