Made it out for the first hunt of the season. looking for some help IDing the rimfire bullet casing, and a copper? tag that has OUT stamped on one side. Anyone know what I got here?

says Montevideo Minn they used four letter abbreviation so I'm guessing pre 1963. That's the year postal service switched abbreviation from Minn to MN.
