First Gold of the Year and Silver To Boot

Last couple hunts haven't been earth shattering but I did manage my first gold of the year. A small 10 karat gold ring with a stone. Then on the silver side I found a very beat up and tarnished Merc and the top of a sterling silver spoon or knife with lots of fancy Engraving. A nice addition to the clad tile and some sort of flat plate with an eagle on it. Any help on an ID would be appreciated. Some odds and ends and goodies made for a satisfying if not earth-shattering couple of days
