Three weeks ago found my first gold ring, then today found my second. They were in the same area, separated by maybe thirty feet or so. As you can see, they're pretty similar, one has a tiger the other a bird. Each is 14K with a little diamond set in the corner. Let me know if you recognize the design, I'd like to know what they are.

Congrats on the Gold, Cheffer. Those two rings do look remarkably similar. I've got no clue, but the design looks a little strange for class rings. I'd be looking for some other clue...like maybe a reference to a club or a band.

Any way you look at it, you found Gold. Way to go.

Nice going Steve!
No details on that copper I found.
What a great day to be out....probably should have stayed out all day.

great finds! my guess would be some kind of club or something since you found two of the same type so close together. probably lost on the same day at some kind of function or something.

Congrats on the awesome finds! They look like class rings or as suggested, club rings. HH, Mike

There is so defenitly somthing up with those rings, A mystery in the making, you gotta find out more.

That is strange .....they mabe linked in some way! Mabe some organization so some type that was in the area! Very nice! 8)

Those are some strange rings. They have a rocker/ Gothic look to them. Pretty sweet though.

Very curious, You didn't say what the area is where you found the rings, but if it is a school, you might check to see if they teach a jewelry making class. Those rings were either made by the same person or the makers were taught by the same person. They don't look commerical, so, you might check with a local jewelry store to see if they know who makes rings with the characteristics of your two. Nice finds, If they fit you should wear them. HH Stan...

Welcome to the forum Cheffer. Great finds. Gold is certainly always a great find.

Your rings are signet rings from anywhere between 1910 and 1930 and were very popular. I have found about 6 or 7 of them and my hunting buddy has found several in the same spot.Your diamonds are most certainly real and are what they call "mine cut" which are now fashionable again.I don't know where your hunting but I would pound it to death. You might come up with more valuable jewelry.Hope this helps

Maybe I droped the one on the left? It has my initials on it ;)

Sweet finds mate, ope they keep coming.

have fun,
Salvager
