All Treasure Hunting
I was really happy to have gotten a few hours of detecting in with the Excal today in NH. I ended up with a ring that was marked 14k shell. The signal sounded good on the Excal but unfortunately it's not solid gold. This was a first for me, and hopefully my last! I hit another junk ring with a glass stone. Two old cookie coins which I had to crack open with a hammer, one was a 1903 Indian Head penny and the other a 1946 Roosevelt dime. My best find of the night in my opinion is the old toy soldier. The rest of the finds were some junk and modern clad. Hope everyone had a good weekend! Steve
