First Hunt Of 2019

After a long winter I was finally able to get out for a couple of hours for a hunt at a ballfield I was hunting at the end of last year. Last year I dug a pair of silver dimes and a pair of sterling rings here so I wanted to go over it again. No silver this time but at least I was able to dig 56 clad coins worth $5.98 and what appears to be an old brass belt buckle. Felt GREAT to be out there again.

Not bad for your first time this year. Congrats. I still have frozen ground here and lots of ice along Lake Erie shoreline. So I’ll just have to wait a little longer.
