So I pass out cards when I go to yard sales saying that I can sign for people. But when I talk to them at the house I tell him that I also buy directly as well. So I got a phone call from a lady today wanting me to come over to her house she had a lot of costume jewelry no gold all of that stuff went to a pawnshop and she wanted to know if I was interested in coming over to look at it.

Well I normally don't want to go look at the scraps but figured I may as well maybe there will be something decent left over or something else at the house.

I haven't looked this up yet I think I did good I hope. But this one is still in the box. It's been played with but whatever it's still in the box.

Besides what's in it this was the only one game so not that big too exciting but there was definitely more games. And as soon as she finds her Atari I'm going back to buy that as well she thought she had about 20 games with that I hope that's true. I still have to look up all these ones too.

A lot of it is scrap but it's all real! Some of it's good though not worth a whole lot but I'm happy with what it is. She wants me to come back on Saturday to look at some of her mothers jewelry.

Astal, Batman and Panzer Dragoon are $40+ games. The SNES boxed is likely 100 to 200 depending on working/condition. Likely more toward the $100 seeing some parts of the box missing ...

So, depending what you paid, nice finds!

Paid $100 for the games and system. $275 for the rest. $50 for a $65 gas card she had. I forgot about that one.

nice buys, let us know what else you get

When I read this, it reminded me of a joke I heard this weekend.

A guy gets an email from his neighbor that reads,

Dear Sam,
I’ve been feeling very guilty of this for some time and I need to get it off my chest.
I’ve been using your wife. When you are at work, I’m on it. When you are sleeping, I’m on it.

Respectfully,
Ralph

Sam gets his shotgun and blasts his wife, just as he hears the “ding” that a new email has arrived.
This one reads,

Dear Sam,
Damn spell checker.. WIFI, not wife.

Ralph

Beachkid23,

Given your obvious multiple talents; for a moment, I thought you were telling us about your new niche business: "signing" and negotiating for prospective deaf buyers and sellers. When you think about it, it must be difficult for them to negotiate....well, maybe not.... writing on a scrap piece of paper would work.

Of the nintendo 64?

Funny. ;) it's the jewelry of course.

I have one at my parents house somewhere. I keep telling my mom to let me know as soon as she finds it. She grabs my worthless Cabage Patch dolls and Pound Puppies....but the Nintendo to no where to be found? Oh, she found the user's manual.
