First scouting trip to new area

Perfect weather, got out to try a new spot I researched a few years ago

indian!!!


not sure some sort of plaque, plate or tag

and, my beginner hunting partner (just got an AT Pro and learning how to detect,, lucky!!!) was in the hot spot, got some indians and a couple shield nickels (nice!)

the pictured piece of the letter A from whatever



....the whatever turned out to be:




Confederate States of America belt buckle!

....found on same lands that the 1800's coins are coming from (the rest found by buddy)
