Hey guys,
Had about an hour to detect today. I just got back from South Carolina where me and my brother had our annual detecting trip. Other than a few old buttons and wheats, nothing crazy.

Towards the end of my hunt, I got a signal that was about a 27 on my Nox which usually means silver dime. I pop the plug and don’t see anything but hover my pinpointer over my dirt plug. I see a silver quarter and to my surprise an SLQ! My first in years. The date is 1925-P

That's a great looking one, congratulations on a great save

Standing Lib's are a nice coin. They don't come along very often. I think it's been 3 or 4 years since I found my last one also. Great job.

That’s a nice one! We don’t find those often. Way to go!! [emoji106]

Not only are they hard to find but even harder to dig one with that much details! All the ones I have are slick. Congrats and I agree....that machine is a silver hound.

It's strange how we tend to find more barbers than SLQ's not sure why. Great save!

Sweet quarter it is my favorite coin, and you dug the first recessed date 1925.
