I have only two older detectors, one has single tone with ID icons, the other is two tone and no visual ID.

I like both, but visual in relic hunting is just not mandatory....as you know

I have been using the non ID lately, and it came right back to me, on how the different types of a tone can help. Iron just sounds different on mine. If I am overtired/worn out, I take the ID one because I don't have to concentrate as intently

nice relics for a quick trip with new unit. I'd be happy

MAN WHAT A AWESOME FIND ...

Awesome find, congrats!

That is a cool pipe stem Charlie!
You hang in there with the deus!
It's going to be good to you

I still have not found a pipe stem?
Yours is very cool!

What ever it is it very old looking..Nice save!

Very nice stem
I have a "Douche"
I got it with the WS5 headphones and the remote. My first time out I recovered among numerous targets,, a Mercury Dime and 2 IHP's. It is a great relic machine that I intend to use in the woods or farm fields. I grew up on a "beep and dig" approach to metal detecting. I prefer the remote instead of just headphones. I wouldn't recommend this machine for hunting in NYC parks because it has a hard time getting around the steel bottle cap.
Andy Sabisch offers a one day boot camp for the XP DEUS.
Congrats on all your finds and good luck with your new toy
