First time decting

Just got my Teknetics 2000 today and started to explore my property. Found a few screws and a bolt plus a lot of garbage. The person(s) who lived here before just tossed their stuff all over. Still had a blast and can't wait to do some more detecting.

Yeah, I was searching a property from the 1800s this past weekend. They tore down a house around 1965, and there are tons of square nails everywhere, coal, clinkers, and just plain frass (iron in the soil).

I am now no longer enthused about square nails, but I still have fun.
