First time hunting 1800's tavern

Hunted for about an hour at a old house that started as as a road tavern in the 1800's. Found what I think to be horse tack, any ideas?

probably off of something that was horse drawn,possibly a wagon or something like that.really hard to say.

Searched a few Tavern's ,and Lodges , the best site for many

imho another

iron wash tub handle .
