Hello. I inherited a Fisher 1210-x that looks in great shape. However, I’m getting nothing when I turn it on. I’ve changed the 9v. Any ideas on what to try next?

only it's not a JW fisher , it's a fisher , same people make tecnetics and bounty hunter. texas instruments . it's an older machine and in my personal opinion not worth putting any money into. I'd clean the battery contacts try new batteries and a different set of headphones I'd not put money into it beyond that. there are better ,lighter more modern machines available.1st - Welcome Aboard!
