I was able to get out for about five hours and find 108 clad coins and nothing else notable except for the fact I was able to get out. A week ago I ended up in the hospital with a stroke and not sure of the outcome, now I have very little symptoms to deal with and very thankful for that. Just a little weakness on the right arm and leg and my handwriting skills suck, but the doc said I will have a full recovery. I just get tired pretty quick, but laying in a hospital bed for three days will do that to you. No pictures of the clad to post.

Glad to hear you are doing well. Sounds like a close call.
Detecting should be a great way to get your strength back. Take care and good luck

Wow, sorry to hear about the stroke, 108 coins is a good day's finds. Hope to see you post some keepers soon. Keep on Keeping on.

I'd have found 108 coins and then had a stroke. [emoji13]

Hello Johncoho,

Congratulations on the fast recovery and 108 coins, take care and take it easy!

Regards,

Doc

Congrats on an amazing quantity of clad! Glad you're under medical care and have hope of continued improvement.

Soli Deo Gloria!

So very glad you were able to get out, and have such a good outcome.

Metal Detecting is the fun way to exercise,,,, Fresh air, nice walk, many squats, relaxing, enjoying nature and of course finding our treasures.....

Very nice. Glad you got out and got the blood flowing. I wish you a full recovery

Very happy your stroke was not debilitating, Johncoho.....and that hospital bed is part of the past!!
Getting out for a hunt was probably very cathartic and 108 coins must have made it exhilarating..........
You are in my prayers............

I wish to thank everyone for their cares, concerns, and prayers. They are much appreciated. I am doing much better and have no restrictions.

Happy that the stroke was just minor. You've definitely made a strong recovery. 108 coins? That's a lot of digging and getting down and back up. Congrats sir.

John
