Some time ago a guy posted about taking the pro Pointer apart and fixing it (with good pictures ) //
I would like to find that post as I have one that vibrates but w/o sound // Perry

just search Youtube.com for garrett Pro Pointer switch fix. You will find a few that have taken there propointers apart. I am pretty sure home repairs void the warranty though. Call Garrett there customer support is suppose to be amazing, I have to get a new coil for me AT Pro this week due to falsing so I will be finding out if customer service is on par with what people say!
