Looks like a wheel hub Not sure from what though. Does not look like it had a bearing so maybe wagon wheel but seems pretty thick for wagon.

The third pic shows a set screw location. So shaft had to be iron or steel also, that's what I thought was a hub for wagon or model T ford?

Way to thick for a model T. model T's and other wood wheel cars and trucks all had bearings as far as I know. I see no bearing race in that hub. Thats why I thought something more primitive, Maybe farm equipment.
A set screw that small would not drive something that large unless it had a keyway.
That hole could be for a grease fitting.
Is that a layout table its on?

Yes you are correct, there is no keyway, it is very heavy maybe 30 lbs?? Grease fitting ? Makes sense. The table is a welders platen work table for fabrication.

Ah platen, never know the proper name always called them layout tables (to layout parts to be fitted together).
Nice table though.

Update;
I gave it an electrolysis bath and wire brushed this hub. The Bore measures 3 1/2“ the 6 Bolts are 1.075” on a 9” Bolt circle, the what I thought was a grease hole is .400” NOT threaded.
