Flat button backmark

Ihave found many flat buttons in my time. I have never found one with an american backmark. Most of the ones I have found that are colonial were from England or France. I believe it says, " Harrison & Carter Philad." Any insight on this one wuould be appreciated. I found this button in the same field that I found the Patriotic snake button two years ago.
