Flat button found in New York

Metallic flat button found in Western New York at about 8 inches.

Size is between dime and nickel.

I do not want to push it any further cleaning it. There is something stamped on the back. "ORA" and "COR" are what I think may be part of the stamping. It also seems to have stars or circles on either side separating the words. There is nothing on the front.

Any help would be appreciated.
