Florida Red Snapper

This summers Red Snapper season was short. We caught our limit each day. I have 2 packages of 2 fillets each left! Actually I prefer Mangrove and Yellowtail Snapper for eating. They're all pretty good though. I have some spots that are great for those too. Beach fishing is going off right now, Whiting & Pompano so I need to go soon. Too lazy so far!
