Flower in the field alteration

I saw this flower growing were the prairie dogs hang out. It's about 2.5 inches in diameter and I thinks it's a type of morning glory. It came out kind of bright and using the limited photo manipulation things I have which could be a combination between my smart phone, what the camera can do and some very old Kodak software I altered the look of this flower in to art with my jerry-rig photoshop setup. Maybe someday I'll look in to learning some of that stuff, but until then I play with what I have.

I love to joke but I am going to leave your last sentence alone ( for now, but others may not ). Let me tell you, I just spent the last couple hours deleting and editing this morning's shots. I had 100+ starting out, and am about to post 4 in a post lol. That is a lot of time we have to give for such paltry results. I like your pics. You do a great job.

Isn't that the truth? Those old time professional photographers really had to know what they were doing or they would have gone broke buying film!

Very nice job with that flower! I never converted to DSLR. I have a complete semi-pro 35mm outfit that I never use. I'm guessing it would be rather pricey to get the film, send it off & get a CD of the pics. Can't seem to part with it for some reason, took some great pics with it over the years.

Guess I should just play with what I got
