Football pool and the superbowl

Bought one spot in the football pool on Friday. My numbers were Chicago 7 Indianapolis 2. This meant that if the teams had this in the ones, or first digit in their score, I would win one quarter of the pool (the pool happened to be 100 dollars). I thought, "Dang! With that '2' I will never hit". Well sure as $h%^, wouldn't you know it, the Colts missed a field goal and were sitting with 22 points at the end of 3 to the Bears 17. Scored 25 bucks baby!
