For the coin enthusists - '68D' LH Memorial Error??
Dug this 'copper' a cpl of days ago. After cleaning, I noticed the last digit of the date (8) was extremely near the edge. After re-examining it today, I noticed the upper left margin was 'offset' on the planchet (blank). There is similar offset on the reverse. (Pics attached) Can anyone advise whether this is 'in fact' a Mint "Error" and if it might be worth a bit more than $0.01?? Thanks in advance!
