Found these two coins in a nickel roll today. Does anybody know their origin or material they are made of?

If I don't find silver it's not because I'm not looking!

Its Russian (post-soviet) and I believe it is a 1 ruble and is copper-nickel brass.

They are just worth exchange value.

Yup that’s a ruble. On the obverse is the emblem of the Bank of Russia framed by a circle of dots. It’s a copper-nickel-zinc coin.
