This pattern is of the "Art Nouveau" style, popular in the early the 20th century.
Many examples can be found (check the one at the bottom the last door down the hall: Polishing, Polishing, Polishing...) I don;t have time for an exact match but the info could help you find one!

By the color of this it could be silver plate, or even silver why not post a pic of it's backside?...
