Fossil Hunting in the Bahamas?

I am taking a trip to the Bahamas in a few weeks and I was currious as to find fossils in the waters of the islands
Any advice would help

I think 'Island Hopper' was telling you to look for shark teeth in sharks' mouths when in the Bahamas.
