fossil in strange gray mineral

I found this mineral on the sea shore (Scotland), it looks greay, when exposed to the light its yellow, what I found interesting,
inside there is a tiny leaf or something like that,
Can you help me to identify this mineral?

Interesting find. I think you have is a nodule. I'm not sure what type of nodule. The pattern you are seeing on the nodule is a dendritic weathering pattern. I see this often on many rocks. Nice find.

possible dendritic agate of some sort.

Your rock has some similarity to an agate. Here in Montana we have an agate that is called a Moss Agate, which has similar designs as yours. Here is an example of a Montana Moss Agate.
