Fossil material found on Edisto Beach SC

Thanks for the help directing me to this page. I'm still learning the website.
We have hunted fossils for many years on Edisto Beach in SC. We've never seen anything like this one. Can anyone tell me what it is?

The last two images seem to be identical . . . Did you mean to post a different image last?

I think your fossil is a bit of turtle or tortoise carapace. Because of the bilateral symmetry, I'm thinking it's a neural. Neurals are the bones down the center line of the carapace.
