Found a beauty today !

Got out today for some treasure huntin at an old colonial site (the cow pie field ) Found a few musketballs and one plain flat button.Then just as we were getting ready to leave thought I'd do a quick look for arrowheads.I found this nice Brewerton spearhead.It's about the biggest one I've found so far.It's 2 3/4 inches long.That really made my day there ! ;D

Super point...I love those northeast artifacts....keep them coming. Im headed out in a few with my brother to scout for deer as the season opens here in Vt. tomorrow. Hes already informed me that we are first to walk a archaic field that was recently plowed before we can scout for deer. I think he has his priorities right...arrowheads first ....deer second

Thank's,Yup i think ya got that right ! I've always wanted to hunt deer with one of the points i've found,make me a spear then climb a tree and wait for one to walk under then BAM ! :D
 

Very nice point! I'm still waiting on some fields here in Nova Scotia but I hope to make some more finds of my own in the coming weeks...to be posted here!
