Great find. That’s my favorite color for chert. I haven’t found any artifacts that color yet.

I have walked this creek for a year found one point last August but we finally had a big rain moved all the rock bars found 3 small points and this knife. I’m in So illinois

Sometimes they washout sometimes they don’t. Fallen trees are a pain but the water on high flow going over a log will dig a big hole and create a new gravel bar. It’s a nice find and I hope you find more
