I found this point on Tuesday. I still do not know what to think about the material. It really made my Day!!

Beautiful. How long is it? It looks like at least 3 inch.
What part of Ohio are you in? I'm in NE Ohio, and hunt Columbiana County.

I live in SW Ohio but, the point was found across the river in Northern Kentucky. The point is exactly 3 inches. Thanks for all the replies everyone.

Creekhunter, no it is not patinated Hornstone. The material is not a "high quality" glossy rock. It is rather more grainy. I am stumped. Thanks for the response and good luck out there.
