Took less then five minutes to look up federal bird tags, fill out info and receive data on When, Where, and What, this tag came from. (Tagged 7/15/1987. Herring Gull. To young to fly when banded. Sex/unknown. Tagged at Barneget Bay NJ).
I found many Pigeon Tags and although I've been able to track them. It's time consuming. The breeders don't keep good records on old tags.
I'll take these any day.
