The in-situ’s look like a paleo lance but then in the in-hand pictures I think it clearly is later. I think the rind on the finished piece is also a give away. Either way nice find. Congrats on having an unhunted stretch to search.
 

Not an absolute, but I’m always looking for that concave base for paleo stuff. I’d guess archaic. A general area of the country would help nail down an id
 

I agree, it is a good one; love the material. Looks like a nice archaic blade to me.

Is that an arrowhead?
 

No. It's a knife. You couldn't mount that at the tip of an arrow and shoot it more than 20 feet with a bow.
