okay this ain't the actual plate i found i did find one promise To Jesus. i was in hurry and just nab a pic off the internet. i probably shouldn't have done it. i am sorry for doing this i'll just delete the post later

Then why respond "the TX soil around here ain't rough on stuff" when someone commented on the great condition? You were given the perfect opportunity to explain that you used a pic off the internet at that point but chose to perpetuate the "myth". I won't say lie.

I see nothing wrong with you using the plate you displayed as a replica of what you actually found as long a you disclosed the fact that it wasn't the actual plate, which you did do so, therefore IMO I see no problem with it. Congrats on finding an old Texas plate, I love finding them myself...
