Found a possible bottle dump in my neighborhood...

I stumbled on a possible bottle dump about 5 mins from my house. I only had about an hour and found a fallen tree and i started poking around it, this stuff was buried in the roots. I can't wait to go back and check this out when i have more time. Can anyone estimate how old this stuff may be??

I would certainly put a few hours into it if your alright to dig around on the land. I'm no expert but in regards to the milk glass lid, they date from the 1870's through 1950's. http://www.glassbottlemarks.com/boyds-genuine-porcelain-lined-cap/

those reins guides are cool, and that glass is awesome, would be very cool to find all the pieces of that plate and get it back together

I will def. be going back there probably Wednesday or Thursday, thats just the stuff i pulled from the tree roots, i didn't even start to dig. There's lots of bottles, just none that are complete so far. I'm gonna look for the other half of that plate because it has a Co.name on the back.

I hope so, you don't find to many guides with the leather still on them, I also found half a shoe or boot heel, forgot to put it in the pictures..

My first thought was pre 20's could easily be older but trash has to be old when its thrown away right. Who would toss away rein guides if your still using a wagon? Im thinking 20's 30's friend
