Found a roll of P 2001 in a US Mint wrapper at the bank.

A teller had a roll of 2001 Philadelphia minted halves, still in the US Mint wrapper.

Is there any value to such a roll in excess of $10 dollars

I looked on Feebay and I don't see any bids on those but I'm sure if you find the right buyer you could sale.

You may make a small premium on eBay or Craigslist. However it may not be worth it. Personally I would buy it for the collection. List it on Craigslist and see if you get any bites.

You could always make an elaborate pitch about 9/11 or something within the ebay post, you could coin it (no pun intended) "2001 9/11 memorial quarter" with facts and what not..people may buy it. Then like a lot of other scammers do they will give 10% of the auction to charity, with this you could choose to give it to a 9/11 charity..bingo you will sell it now. Its all about marketing, that's the truth, if it wasn't about marketing mcdonalds wouldn't be in business lmao.
