found a wagon dump, have u??? and what was found???

whats going on everyone? i was out in some desert sands mding and think i stubled onto a wagon dump, not like a bunch of loads but a single load, lots of pre 1900 glass and some old tin cans, the local of it is not possible that a vehicle of thye early 1900's could have made it there, even a 4x4 would have hell. i will be going back to probe it with a rod, but do you think it is worth sifting? i will take my md but there is alot of decayed iron. what have you found at a wagon dump
p.s. hopefully the sands have been gentle to the bottles

Absolutely worth going thru! I found a similar dump here in So Cal, and got a number of nice bottles and jars from the late 1800's.
