re hunting in old site again kingdom from silk road era , im here in indonesia


i found view coin very old coin close to 300-500 years , but bad day to me after 1 hours hunting i hear bounty hunter tracker iv speaker go down ,i thinks speaker broken also before it happen easy pickup coin arround 6inc from ground now just 3-4inc (need confirm later will check again)
i dont realy care if just speaker gone we can use headphone


i wanna cry its just metal detector i have, even have guarantee (bought new from ebay in maret 2016)
this BH very far from home ( i mean USA ) nothing can do at the moment , to early for me im still remember how difficult to find seller who accept order and send this to indonesia
unlucky for me

ok lets me show some finds dunno when we can hunting again



also found ceramic with marking i thinks for china

You might be able to replace the speaker yourself. It's simple enough. But, I wouldn't worry about it. It is much better to always use the headphones anyway.

You should be able to replace the speaker if you have a bit of electronics knowledge. Just carefully open it up, measure it's size and a read the Ohm's printed on the speaker. If you do not feel comfortable completing the task continue using headphones, they are better for detecting anyway.

No, I don't know but I'm sure any place that sells speakers could tell you.
I still think that headphones would be better, more efficient anyway. I know it helps me.
I use them year round.

use headphone is nice option , maybe wireless phone willbe my choice , i have store (computer store ) my employ seem very well on electronics, but like Treasure_Hunter say If I work on it will void/break warranty ,little take risk this arsenal very far from home

Congrats on the finds and so sorry that you are having problems with your' metal detector! If you are losing depth and sound on the metal detector, then you may have bigger problems than a mere speaker. Try all new batteries first but if using rechargeable batteries, recharge them, then check each battery with a Multimeter Test Meter for the correct voltage and to see if the voltage drops off quickly. If you have even one or two that are failing, then they can cause an array of problems with your' metal detector. Good luck!

thanks for advice frank will do check detail, also air test dept for coin, if bad happen i will sell some find coin for bought new one metal detector maybe looking minelap ( sadly it very rare coin i found just one some buddy over me for good price )

thanks , i do last test to use headphone working great test one sample coin ( size like half dollar in usa ) just hit in 3-4inc reduce range i thinks .

maybe must allow some find to sell to find another machine .
