I found this ring 9" down at an old park in Spokane WA. I think it says sterling and it looks to have 2 gold nugget pieces imbedded also the writing on the front appears to be gold. It feels heavy and looks like a family heirloom type ring. If anyone can shed some light on what type of ring it might be, age, origin of the character I would greatly appreciate it. Spokane had Chinese laborers to build the railroads in the late 1800's could it be from them.

It is Chinese. You need to take it to a well known jeweler who can give you more info on the style, era, and possibly markings. That is a SUPERIOR find! :notworthy:

I think the flowers on the sides are Peony flowers, a symbol of "Luck" in China.

I think it's early 1900 to 1930.

It's old. Looks like gold applied on those flowers.
